As Product Manager You Will

  • Be the end to end owner of your product
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to support the expansion and deliver solutions for our customers
  • Engage with and evaluate the needs of our customers and partners to discover important problems and opportunities that can be translated into the right, compelling products and features
  • Be the voice of the customer and help provide context, empathy, and rationale behind customer needs. Less “customer wants a feature”, more “they want to solve a problem that helps with…”
  • Create, maintain and socialize a high-level business strategy roadmap through meaningful collaboration and ruthless data driven prioritization
  • Deliver product demos and presentations for your product to existing and prospective customers.
  • Ensure competitive differentiation.
  • Collaborate with UX and Engineering to deliver product delight to the market.
  • Be passionate about building a winning product, be driven to make customers successful, and be resourceful to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Have a bias toward action and iterate to deliver the optimal product.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the management team to identify the target segment, the problems to solve and the differentiated value-propositions
  • Collaborate effectively within the team and with design, engineering, sales, marketing, growth, and customer success.
  • Lead product initiatives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the product to the market.
  • Engage with customers and with customer-facing teams to effectively market and sell the product.
  • Engage in user research to solidify concepts and impact growth.
  • Have a data-oriented approach to making the tradeoffs that are core to the product management function

Skills And Qualifications We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of product management experience working on SaaS offering, preferably with Enterprise CRM or ERP Products
  • 1+ years Development experience is an added advantage
  • Proven experience in building B2B SAAS applications and API development
  • Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to internal and external audiences
  • Experience operating in a hyper-growth / entrepreneurial environment and scaling new and emerging products from the ground up
