The Opportunity

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Risk and Compliance team you are expected to act as the technical lead and drive the design and development of innovative applications and automation solutions. As a Senior Associate, you are expected to leverage your knowledge to guide junior team members, facilitating adherence to established practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions that meet client needs.

• Bachelors Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Proven technical leadership in application design
• Guiding junior team members in technical practices
• Providing consultation on Power Platform strategy
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Power Platform innovations
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Upholding quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Possessing advanced SQL knowledge
• Practical experience with Power BI
