Position Summary

As a Population Reconciliation Specialist at LSEG, you will be responsible for operating controls across LSEG’s upstream and downstream Permissioning, CRM and Billing systems while maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of population data. Your work will directly with KYC, AML, and compliance processes by ensuring high-quality, reliable data is available for operational and regulatory use!

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in balancing population data across multiple systems, including upstream/downstream permissioning platforms, CRM, and billing systems.
  • Flag and document data inconsistencies for review and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
  • Perform basic data manipulation and transformation to support reconciliation, reporting, and operational insights.
  • Support maintenance dashboards, reports, and audit trails using tools such as Power BI and QlikView to supervise data quality and completeness.
  • Support data integrity across client onboarding, refresh, and offboarding processes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance frameworks and reconciliation controls.
  • Ensure alignment to internal SLAs, KRIs, and KPIs while maintaining a proven focus on operational perfection and data accuracy.

Preferred Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, information systems or a related field
  • Experience in data reconciliation, data quality assurance, or operational risk management, preferably in a financial services or compliance environment
  • A keen curiosity about data visualization tools such as Power BI and QlikView.
  • Demonstrable ability to perform data manipulation using Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools
  • Exposure to CRM systems (like Salesforce), permissioning tools, or billing platforms would be an added advantage
  • Good analytical thinking and attention to detail when working with data.
  • Able to communicate clearly and work well with others in a team setting.
