We partner with our clients to disrupt how we plan design and build, breaking down silos and adopting new ways of working that will enable both organizational and process agility and integrating delivery can foster collaboration to jointly manage risk and mutual opportunities across project stakeholders. We help Capital Projects Owners, EPC Contractors from a wide variety of industries improve their portfolios, projects, and capital asset performance by leveraging digital platforms to harness big data for intelligent design, planning and execution, while transforming construction with IoT and automation

THE WORK:

As a Manager of our Strategy and Consulting part of the Industry X practice at Accenture in the Middle East, you will deliver innovative solutions that drive value and ensure exceptional client outcomes predominantly in emerging technology projects. This role is pivotal in deepening client engagements, identifying new business opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams within the Industry X business across sectors. You will lead and deliver complex consulting engagements that help our clients leverage the power of technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing, Blockchain, and the Metaverse to transform their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their business needs and strategic priorities.

Lead and manage consulting teams in the delivery of large-scale, complex technology transformation projects.

Collaborate with industry experts and service leads to devise comprehensive, customized solutions that address client challenges.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.

Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and risk, ensuring profitable and successful delivery of services.

Act as the primary liaison between the client and Accenture’s service teams, facilitating smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.

Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to offer insights and recommendations that keep the client ahead in their market.

Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within the client organization and collaborating with internal teams on proposals and presentations.

Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning within the team.

Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their professional development

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

Experience in the emerging technologies domain, leading implementations of relevant digital solutions

9+ years experience, preferably from consulting/strategy organizations

Minimum of bachelors degree
