What were looking for

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll manage and optimize our paid acquisition campaigns to bring in high-quality leads for BlogVault. You’ll focus on execution, testing, and improving performance across ad platforms, while working closely with our leadership team on strategy.

What Youll Do

• Run and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Create and test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to maximize CTR and conversion.
• Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and campaign health.
• Track and report on lead generation, CPL, and MQL quality.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategy, but stay focused on channel execution.
• Experiment with new formats and tactics (e.g., video ads, remarketing).

What Youll Need

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS paid marketing.
• Hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Solid grasp of conversion tracking and analytics tools.
• Creative eye for ad copy/visuals, but comfortable using templates/tools.
• Analytical mindset and ability to optimize campaigns independently.
