Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand by designing compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and user interfaces. Our B2B enterprise platform leverages cutting-edge AI to streamline talent discovery, engagement, and hiring for financial institutions, while also providing networking and training solutions for finance professionals and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visuals for digital marketing campaigns, web assets, and social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding across all communication channels and platforms.
• Create layouts, banners, infographics, and other visual elements for marketing and product use.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align designs with strategic goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas and strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of design assets while adhering to brand guidelines and incorporating feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design (internships may be considered).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Basic knowledge of responsive web design principles.
• Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
