Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in program or project management
- Experience in handling high-impact large-scale programs and using data to generate insights and translating insights into operational actions that yield positive impact
- Experience in project management, delivering results, with effective attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage engaging demands
- Ability to conduct on-going reporting and data analysis, including but not limited to detailed tracking of events
- Excellent data-driven problem-solving, active listening, and critical thinking skills to enable consultative solutions

Responsibilities
- Serve as the talent outreach subject matter expert on your assigned skill sets and domains, providing insights to build outreach strategies for attracting the best and most relevant talent to Google.
- Understand competitive landscape as it relates to engagement of early career landscape, and build strategies toward designing a robust campus program for Google India.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including recruiting, Frontline HR, product area Leaders, and university top brass.
- Conduct in-person and virtual outreach events, and develop on-going reporting and data analysis, including but not limited to detailed tracking of events and impact of events on recruiting goals.
