Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in digital asset custody, traditional asset custody, or related operations
3+ years of management experience in financial services or fintech environments
Professional certifications in risk management (FRM) preferred
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and digital asset infrastructure is a plus
Experience with custody management systems and trading platforms
Proficiency in risk management software and monitoring tools is a plus
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with data analysis tools
Knowledge of SQL and basic programming concepts preferred
Familiarity with API integrations and automated reporting systems

You will be mining through these tasks
Token Deployment Management
Ensure 100% deployment of tokens on the Earn Product platform
Monitor and optimize token allocation strategies to maximize deployment efficiency
Coordinate with trading and portfolio management teams to identify deployment opportunities
Conduct regular audits of token deployment status and resolve any deployment gaps
Develop and maintain deployment protocols and standard operating procedures
For regular, and accurate disbursals of Earn tokens on staking avenues, liquidity pools, or other deployment avenues, this position needs to keep creating IMs and get it cleared from the risk committee.
Risk Management & Monitoring
Maintain 100% coverage of risk monitoring across all earn product positions
Design and implement comprehensive risk monitoring frameworks
Conduct real-time monitoring of custody-related risks including operational, technical, and counterparty risks
Develop risk assessment protocols for new token integrations and deployment strategies
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly risk reports for senior management
Coordinate incident response procedures for risk events and breaches
Operational Excellence
Oversee day-to-day custody operations ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
Manage relationships with external custody providers and service partners
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks
Maintain accurate records of all custody transactions and positions
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Collaboration
Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, and Risk teams on system implementations
Work closely with Product teams to support Earn Product enhancements
