Manager - Central Accounts CA-CAD Centralized Payments

- Manage all payments to external vendors relating to various companies forming part of Mashreqbank Qatar, Bahrain & Kuwait, Injaz, and Idfaa.
- The job holder is also responsible for processing payments to staff of Mashreq Group including monthly payroll for Mashreq UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.
- The role involves managing of Fixed Assets for the Mashreq Group.i.e. Mashreq UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain OBU, Idfaa, Injaaz, Mashreq Security, Mashreq Capital, UK, US, HK.
- The job holder ensures accurate recording of expenses processed through Oracle HRMS, Oracle Payables, Oracle Fixed Assets on Oracle General Ledger, WPS and I-flex. in the books of respective companies.
- Responsible for keeping Oracle Payroll, Oracle Payables in sync with I-flex and I-flex under approved Chart of Accounts in accordance with bank’s Accounting Policies & Procedures Authority Delegation Manual
- MIS,Internal/External/Audit/ICV Audit Requirements ,periodical reporting Central Bank requirements, Survey data to various Regulatory Authorities.
- The job includes set up of Oracle Payable, Fixed Assets and HRMS Upgrade/Implementation for any new company / branch.
- Manage and review Project Capitalization in line with Banks Policy.
