Responsibilities

• A Lead Software Engineer delivers features for a Product in a business chain. As member of a Feature Team, he works in autonomy and in a continuous improvement approach. 
• Candidate should work on all below activities related to the software development.  
• Guarantee best practice and quality of the code of the whole team.
• Organize and optimize/industrialize the process of development.
• Propose technical solutions.
• Participate to the construction of the technical infrastructure when needed.
• Work in a team with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, pair programming, etc.)
• Collaborate with POs and Business Analysts in the user requirements division (Epics) in user’s stories
• Participate in the development of the technical culture of the feature team (craftsmanship, pairing, review, etc.).
• Mentoring the team with good practices (unitary test cases) in coding and unblocking your team when they are blocked with technical challenges.
• Ensuring software craftsmanship (code coverage, code smells, API quality) and best practices are followed and adhere to those.
• Ensuring the quality of deliveries to production on time.

Profile required

Profile Required:

Require minimum 7 years experience on Java and Angular/React.

• Hands-on experience with at least 7 years in Core-Java, Spring and Hibernate technologies.
• Hands-on experience with at least 4 years on microservices architecture and spring boot technologies.
• Hands-on experience with at least 4 plus years in GUI development using JSP, HTML & JavaScript. Added advantage if worked on AngularJS, NodeJS, Bootstrap, jQuery.
• Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented. Would be great if worked on Agile or Continuous Delivery (CD) based projects before.
• Good fundamentals in Core Programming, Object Oriented design & Design patterns.
• Should have exposure to databases like Oracle, and POSTGRES.
• Experience in creating & executing unit tests on using test driven approach with Junit/Mockito.
• Experience in creating & executing unit tests on using Karma/Jasmine on UI will be ab added advantage.
• Should have exposure to databases like Oracle, and POSTGRES.
• Good to have exposure to Investment banking domain.
