Job Description

Senior Software Engineer:

The Tech Lead will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications using Angular and Dot Net core. Should be able to contribute in overall design of application collaborating with architect.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test features according to the requirement, using appointed tools and technologies.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Business Analysts, Architects and Product Owner
• Follow all coding/testing/security guidelines and best practices.
• Build, release and deploy on different environments.
• Support implementations/Rollouts of new features/issue fixes/enhancements in non-prod/Prod environments.
• Lead and guide junior developers.
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer with strong proficiency in .NET Core.
• Solid experience in Angular and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and related services
• Exposure to DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes (ARO)
• Strong commitment to engineering best practices, clean code principles, and automation of routine tasks
• Familiarity with security and quality tools such as SonarQube, DAST, SAST, and SCA
• Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and both relational and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and diagnostics in cloud-native applications
• Proven experience leading a multi-cultural global team - driving continuous improvement, fostering team focus, empowering team members and promoting Agile principles
• Comfortable working in Agile environments, embracing change, and fostering collaboration across roles
• Transparent, reliable, and committed — able to build trust with colleagues and stakeholders
• Skilled in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality
• Ability to optimize services for scalability, robustness, and performance
• Active participation in Agile ceremonies and ownership of features from concept to delivery
• Fluent in English, with experience working in international, cross-functional teams
• Exposure to multi-site or global development environments
