Integration Manager – Global IS Solutions at ABB Robotics

ABB Robotics is seeking a skilled and visionary Integration Manager to lead the design and delivery of integration solutions across our global SFDC and application landscape This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions and drive innovation in a complex and decentralized IS environment

Your Mission As Integration Manager you will be the central point of contact for all integration-related activities across ABB’s global systems You will ensure operational effectiveness and long-term scalability while aligning technology with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead validation testing and reverse engineering of integration designs and requirements.
• Drive migration and redesign projects for integrated solutions by assembling and guiding interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide strategic technical expertise to support decisions on upgrades changes and emerging technologies.
• Build and manage long-term strategic relationships across business units and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls Robotics Regulations and ABB guidelines across integration activities.
  
  

Additional Responsibilities You will act as a consultant on integration-related matters influence business decisions with a long-term operational lens and help shape ABB’s global IS strategy You will collaborate with ERP and application owners and work across cultures and time zones to deliver impactful solutions.

The position is global. The preferred locations are Poland and India.

Your background

• Minimum five years of experience in IS technical environments with deep understanding of integration technologies.
• Master’s degree in information management computer systems or business engineering.
• Strong consulting communication and leadership skills in multicultural settings.
• Experience in Agile project methodologies and strategic technology evaluation.
