Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Recruitment: Identify and source potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other relevant channels. Screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements. Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, schedule interviews, and provide feedback.
• Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Proactively network and engage with potential candidates.
