Responsibilities

  • Warmly receive and assist guests, devotees, and visitors with check-in and check-out formalities.
  • Handle room reservations, cancellations, and inquiries (in person, phone, or email).
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing details.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are clean and ready.
  • Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints politely and efficiently.
  • Ensure the reception area is always neat, welcoming, and presentable.
  • Provide information about temple programs, darshan timings, and facilities.
  • Uphold ISKCON’s values and culture in guest interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Minimum PUC/+2 or Graduate degree
  • Experience: 1–2 years in front desk, hospitality, or customer service (freshers with good communication may also apply).
  • Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (additional languages like Telugu/Tamil a plus).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reservation software preferred).
    • Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude.
  • Should be disciplined, punctual, and aligned with ISKCON’s devotional atmosphere
