Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Live session coordination: Coordinate and manage the scheduling, logistics, and technical aspects of live sessions, ensuring they run smoothly and according to the established timetable
• Customer engagement: Address any concerns or questions they may have, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Query resolution:
• Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly and efficiently, either via email, chat, or phone
• Provide clear and concise explanations or instructions to help customers
• Operational efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes related to live session management and customer support
• Collaboration and communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including moderators, and the technical support team to ensure seamless coordination
• Maintain effective communication channels to relay customer insights, operational updates, and improvement recommendations
