As a Strategist at creativefuel, you will be the driving force behind the creative and social campaigns for Indias biggest brands. You will be responsible for defining and shaping the brands identity, positioning, and market perception of brands from various categories. This role requires you to dive deep into consumer insights, product category and market trends to craft compelling and effective strategies. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate brand objectives into impactful and innovative campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive viral on the internet.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with client business objectives.
Understanding The Brief: This is an important responsibility as you are the main POC between the client and internal team. To completely understand the clients requirements and brand brief and making sure that it is translated to the larger team working on the pitch along with you.
Market & Consumer Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitors analysis, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities. You will need to be an expert in understanding the Indian consumer, including regional and cultural nuances.
Ideation and Storytelling: Lead brainstorming sessions and work with various teams to develop compelling brand stories and creative concepts.
Campaign Planning & Overseeing the Execution: Oversee the strategic planning of creative and social campaigns, ensuring all elements are unified and consistent with the brands core identity while execution. Ensuring best results in terms of reach and engagement for the brand along with reaching the defined target group.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and presenting innovative solutions to their brand challenges. You should be able to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Pitching to Clients: Creating good pitch for the client using PPT & Canva basis client requirements. Explaining your pitch to the client and closing activities with the client.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with all agency departments, including content, design, edit and account managers, to ensure a unified and cohesive approach to all projects.
Requirements
Skills Required:
Experience: Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in a brand strategy, marketing, or advertising role, preferably within a creative agency in Mumbai or India.
Strategic Thinking: A forward-thinking and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify new market opportunities and anticipate future trends. Updated with the ongoing trends and using it to our advantage in the pitch and ideas.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. You must be able to craft and deliver compelling presentations to both internal teams and clients.
Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the advertising and social media landscape in India, including current trends and best practices.
