Demand Operations & Technology Analyst

The Demand Operations & Technology Analyst will manage and oversee processes and technology deployed to drive sales and marketing best practices and maximize demand generation efforts. They will focus on project and task management related lead follow-up, CRM hygien, performance management and best practice enablement of various sales tools providing training and enablement. This individual will report into the Global Demand Operations & Technology Director and work collaboratively across multiple business units including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and IT to deliver and execute programs and operational initiatives.

Here’s How You’ll Be Making An Impact

  • Complex Problem Solving: The role involves troubleshooting issues within the demand generation systems and ensuring they operate as designed. As a result, candidates must possess a problem-solving mindset and technical acumen to manage the daily challenges of system performance.
  • Adoption & Enablement: Ensuring the effective rollout and adoption of systems and processes across global teams can be challenging, especially when balancing varied global business needs and technical readiness.
  • System Integration & Optimization: The integration of new demand generation tools and technologies, coupled with continuous optimization efforts, will require a candidate to stay adaptable, learn new tools quickly, and effectively manage change across teams.

We’re Looking For a Teammate With

  • 2+ years experience in a sales and marketing operations role; preferably with technical or software companies with proven track record of facilitating demand generation best practices
  • 2+ of experience working with CRM, marketing automation, lead management and database management
  • Proven success in working in highly matrixed organizations
  • Strong communicator with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to drive process changes, communicate status and win agreement from stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems – preferably Salesforce.com
