Organizational Change Manager – Transformation & Adoption

The Change Manager plays a key role in supporting CA’s transformation initiatives and mission to be an agile, change fit organization. This role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

This position emphasizes employee adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training to ensure business outcomes are achieved. Note that this role is distinct from IT service change management (e.g., ITIL processes, ServiceNow change tickets, change board reviews). Candidates with experience primarily in IT change governance may not be a fit.

The Impact Youll Have:

  • Lead change management for critical and complex projects, applying CA’s Transformation and Change Management frameworks.
  • Craft and adapt change management strategies responsive to project timelines, organizational rhythms, and stakeholder needs.
  • Develop implementation plans defining key activities, milestones, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Own the design, development, and delivery of communications, training, and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate focus groups, change networks, and awareness sessions to drive end-user involvement and adoption.
  • Manage Change Management workstream meetings and resources; mentor Specialists as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate risks such as resistance, low engagement, or adoption barriers.
  • Serve as the “voice of change,” presenting key adoption information to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Partner with the CAMP Change Management team to continuously improve our framework and approach.

What Were Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, learning & development, or business transformation for large-scale projects.
  • Understanding of organizational change methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter.
  • Project management experience, including familiarity with project management tools.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Proven ability to guide decision-making, facilitate consensus, and translate business goals into clear change narratives.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
