Certinia-Salesforce System Administrator

We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Certinia platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

• On-going consultancy with Operations department to translate business requirements and desired outcomes into system requirements and a plan of execution.
• Execution of the plan as per an agreed timeline.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the platform.
• Documentation of system, maintenance and security protocols and customisations.
• Stay updated on Certinia and Salesforce releases and new features to leverage for business improvements.
• Setting up new users on Certinia ensuring they have the correct permissions and access.
• Responding to Salesforce / Certinia-related issues.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
• Strong understand of managing 3rd party packages in Salesforce
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science is desirable.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• A proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• A desire to implement best practice solutions.
• Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
• Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
• Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
• Active in Certinia and Salesforce communities.
