Business Analyst – SaaS Product & Workflow Automation Experience: 6–10 years Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end business analysis process from discovery to delivery for complex product features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for campaign management, budgeting, logistics, and feedback workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the design and optimization of workflows using tools like Camunda or n8n.
• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and validation of features against business goals.
• Analyze data and feedback to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product improvement.
• Drive UAT planning, execution, and validation of features against business objectives. Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, enterprise software, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow automation, and agile methodologies.
• Experience writing user stories, BRDs, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. You will assess the current state of operations and identify customer requirements, ensuring that the proposed solutions align with organizational goals and enhance overall efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business requirements and proposed solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. - Experience with process mapping and modeling techniques. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
