Business Analyst – SaaS Product & Workflow Automation Experience: 6–10 years Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end business analysis process from discovery to delivery for complex product features.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for campaign management, budgeting, logistics, and feedback workflows.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the design and optimization of workflows using tools like Camunda or n8n.
Assist in UAT planning, execution, and validation of features against business goals.
Analyze data and feedback to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product improvement.
Drive UAT planning, execution, and validation of features against business objectives. Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, enterprise software, or digital transformation projects.
Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow automation, and agile methodologies.
Experience writing user stories, BRDs, and functional specifications.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Miro.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
