Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced AWS AI Stack Specialist with deep expertise in AWS Lex and AWS Connect. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating conversational bots and IVR systems, and ensuring seamless interaction with enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement conversational bots and interactive voice response (IVR) systems using AWS Lex.
  • Integrate AWS Connect with CRM systems and other enterprise-level applications.
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps and integration teams to ensure comprehensive service excellence.
  • Apply AWS DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, CloudFormation) adhering to agile methodologies.

Qualifications

  • 5-9 years of experience with AWS AI services, particularly AWS Lex and AWS Connect.
  • Proven experience in conversational design and IVR system implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability in integrating AWS Connect with various CRM and enterprise applications.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS DevOps tools (CI/CD, CloudFormation).
  • Strong collaborative mindset, capable of working cross-functionally with various technical teams.

It will also be critical to lend experience and effort in helping win and support customer engagements from not only a technical perspective, but also a relationship perspective.
