• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in tools for process mapping and documentation (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Project management experience with a track record of leading successful software deployment initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate software solutions (e.g., Yardi, MRI).
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
