Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with Production management to ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment and assembly lines within a production area. Cooperate with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.

The work model for the role is:

The role will support for the ABB India Ltd for Electrification Smart Building business to be based at Nelamangala Bangalore.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Define production sequences, calculate cycle times, analyze working phases, and share data with internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for processes, methods, and cycle times to support SCM and supplier evaluations.
• Support production and equipment start-ups by training direct/indirect staff and assisting Maintenance/Production teams.
• Contribute to action plans and process improvements to ensure smooth internal and external start-ups.
  
  

Qualifications for the role:

• Degree in Communications or related field (Diploma in Electrical & Electronics acceptable).
• 5–8 years of experience in Communications within B2B and B2C environments, preferably technical/industrial.
• Proven expertise in managing communications across multiple channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective storytelling ability.
• Skilled in handling multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on time.
• Experience in defining and tracking KPIs to measure communication effectiveness.
• Collaborative team player contributing to overall business success.
