Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As an Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management
  • Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice
  • Be flexible to work in 2nd shift (2 pm IST to 11 pm IST)
  • Excellent communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a Consultant.
  • 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in AP TPM functional configurations
  • Strong Knowledge in
  • Trade promotion end to end cycle
  • Trade fund management
  • Trade Claims management
  • Familiarity on the basic business processes with the following Functional Areas:
  • 1. SAP TPM – BW integration
  • 2. SAP TPM – S4 integration Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of CRM middleware
  • Knowledge of S4 Condition contract integration with TPM
  • Knowledge on SAP TPM- BW master query configurations
  • Having Implementation experience is added advantage
