As a Technical Lead, youll:


✔️Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
  • Drive technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.

✔️Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.
  • Work with databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Utilize AWS services for application hosting, data storage, and other infrastructure needs.

✔️Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

✔️Project and Team Management:

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress for timely delivery. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Foster a positive team culture, encouraging communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support team members and professional growth.
  • Facilitate team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.


To WIN ✨, youll need:


✔️Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend development (using Node.js -Preferred)
  • Proven experience with AWS services (e.g., EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and database management (SQL, NoSQL & Redis).
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role, preferably in a startup environment.

✔️Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express).
  • Deep understanding of AWS infrastructure and microservices.
  • Expertise in database design, optimization, and management.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

✔️Soft Skills:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of developers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
