As a Software Engineering Manager you will solve complex software problems, lead scrum teams towards successful deliveries on time with quality and nurture top talent.

What You Will Do
Deliver high quality solutions on time.
Lead / manage a team of software engineers
Manage daily activities of the development team
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams such as product management, design, support and other development teams.
Encourage innovative mindset towards solving difficult and sometimes ambiguous problems
Build and maintain high performance engineering teams with a predictable delivery cadence.
Mentor engineers and guide them towards achieving their career objectives.
Evaluate and make recommendations on techniques, practices or technologies that would enhance our needs
Train the junior members of the team on subject matter expertise to ensure continuous learning
Assigns personnel to various projects and directs their activities; reviews and evaluates their work and prepares performance reports
Minimum Requirements
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
6+ years of experience with technologies relevant to SN and advanced coding skills
2+ years of experience managing development teams
Proven track record of delivering high quality solutions as a lead / manager
Experience working in an Agile environment with focus in SCRUM methodologies.
Fluency in one or more relevant programming language (Java, C++, Ruby. Shell, JavaScript)
An understanding of broad concepts and experience using those concepts to understand and develop solutions for problems
Ability to execute a project based on our priorities, context, risks and desired outcomes
2+ years of experience with scripted REST APIs
Experience educating internal or external customers in best practice design
