We provide support in Service Manager.

We offer joint operations and digitalization services for Global Business Services and work closely alongside the entire Shared Services organization. We make optimal use of the possibilities of new technologies such as Business Process Management (BPM) and Robotics as enablers for efficient and effective implementations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Service Management: Overseeing the lifecycle of local applications, ensuring smooth operations, and managing service delivery across various Siemens entities like CORP, SHPL, SI, DI, and GP.
  • Change Requests (CRs): Managing CRs and major implementations, including cloud migration, platform transformation, and analytics integration.
  • Incident and Complaint Management: Monitoring service quality, handling escalations, and ensuring accurate incident reporting using dashboards like ServiceNow and IRAM.
  • Access Management: Setting up contributor access structures and managing user roles for local apps resources.

Technical Scope

  • Supporting applications built on technologies such as .NET, React, JQuery, SharePoint, ASP, SQL, hosted both on-cloud and on-premise.
  • Applications span domains like HR, EXIM, Sales, and content management (e.g., COVID dashboards, MACS for vendor management).
