Job Description – Analyst
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To be responsible for conducting enhanced due diligence research as well as in-depth analysis of potential reputational or compliance risk, and preparing an accurate and complete report based on the findings and client’s requirements.
Major Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
Writing “due diligence” reports in a timely manner on subjects (Company/Individuals) across the globe for the varying business and/or compliance requirements of our clients. Review, summarize and analyse media articles/company filings, retrieved from open media search, online databases, judiciary and other government departments etc on the subject of investigation. Our reports aim to identify any potential risk factors associated on the subject of investigation so our clients can make informed decisions - no client advice is required, just reporting the facts available from within the public domain. An ability to accurately filter information quickly and to empathize with our clients requirements to ensure a quality and timely product is always delivered.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Understanding of the scope of work / client requirements
- Demonstration of accuracy, thoroughness, reliability, and completeness in work
- Speed and consistency of output
- Willingness to undertake assigned projects
- Maintaining regular attendance and reporting to work on time
Required Skills:
Experienced candidates with similar exposure. Candidates with high proficiency in written English as well as good in searching information from the Internet. An eye for detail. Candidates who are quick in reading and summarizing (speed read with a typing speed of 40 words per minute). Candidates who can fluently read and translate to English; languages like Sinhalese, Nepalese, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil or any other Indian languages will have added advantage over others. Candidates who can understand the scope of work and client requirements. Candidates who can multi-task learn, quickly and work independently. Candidates we can demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, reliability and completeness in work. Candidates who can work in speed and constituently deliver reports in the give TAT or before Resourcefulness and creativity in meeting job objectives
