With every role in the company, each position has a requirement for building quality into every output. The Technology Quality Function is reserved for those positions where Quality is the primary objective of the work delivered. Technology Quality roles will cover all primary quality activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver high quality products and services. These roles include, but are not limited to, strategy, planning, standards, process, policy, tools, engineering, assurance, management, metrics, research and development, automation, data preparation, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on product requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand features and technical implementation
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Rally or JIRA
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Design and execute API test cases using Postman and Rest Assured
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
• Ensure test coverage and traceability for all test cases
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
• Perform root cause analysis of test failures and work with developers to resolve issues
• Enhance performance / productivity with use of AI tools such as Github copilot
• Analyzes and investigates
• Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Familiarity with REST API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools
• Understanding and implementation knowledge of AI tools such as Github copilot etc.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven solid communication and collaboration abilities
