Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise costs and ensure quality standards.
- Oversee supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain goals with organisational objectives.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favourable terms and long-term partnerships.
- Manage logistics end to end and focus on warehouse management as well
- Drive process improvements and adopt technology to enhance operational efficiency.
A successful Operations Head should have:
- Proven expertise in procurement, logstics, wharehouse management and supply chain management
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage teams and complex operations.
- Experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the Internet sector.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
