Full Stack Architect

Key Responsibilities: Architect and lead the development of scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular/React. Define and enforce best practices across the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Integrate AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Amazon Q) to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of applications. Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews to uphold architectural standards. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Role Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Architect with deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot), front-end frameworks like Angular or React, and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or Amazon Q, enabling faster, smarter, and more efficient software delivery.

Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Full Stack Architect or Technical/Solution Architect. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React. Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. Experience with AI development tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Amazon Q. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
