Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Present menus and suggest daily specials to patrons.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
• Ensure orders are taken to the correct table and guests are satisfied.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions correctly and efficiently.
• Address any customer complaints or concerns with a positive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area.
• Assist in setting up and closing down the dining areas as needed.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
