Job Description

As a Telesales Executive in the Financial Services sector, you will play a crucial role in generating sales and building strong client relationships over the phone. Your primary focus will be to convert prospects into clients by articulating the value of our financial products and services. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. With your exceptional communication and persuasion skills, you will handle objections and close sales effectively. This role requires a target-driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring clients receive the highest standards of service and support.


Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients through outbound calls to discuss financial products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide them with suitable financial solutions effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our financial offerings.
  • Utilize sales scripts to drive effective conversations and sales conversions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as outlined by management expectations.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales using CRM tools.
  • Handle customer objections and queries with professionalism and confidence.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and agreement terms.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and inquiries promptly.
  • Continuously update personal knowledge of financial industry trends and products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or customer service role.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to close sales effectively.
