Job Description

A Tele Caller plays a crucial role in the marketing and sales strategy of a company by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone. The primary objective is to generate sales, gather valuable customer information, and maintain a strong customer relationship. Tele Callers are expected to be articulate, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a persuasive approach. They need to understand the customer’s needs and offer appropriate products or services. An effective Tele Caller contributes to the growth of the company by increasing sales opportunities, improving customer satisfaction, and creating a positive image of the brand. This role is vital in setting the stage for sales and marketing strategies, thus furthering the business goals and objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate high-quality, productive calls to potential and existing clients every day.
  • Maintain an updated database of customer information in an organized manner.
  • Persuade customers to purchase company products or services being promoted.
  • Address any queries or concerns from customers in a professional manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by offering personalized service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meet the assigned targets and performance metrics set by the management.
  • Record customer interactions, feedback, and relevant notes during and after calls.
  • Update and present daily reports of attended calls and customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about the company's products, services, and any promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with customer service policies and confidentiality agreements.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and performance on the job.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience working in a Tele Caller or similar customer service role.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle rejection while remaining tenacious and determined.
  • Excellent multitasking ability to handle diverse tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software tools.
  • Strong command of the language used for communication with clients.
