Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources operations of our organization. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that support the company's business objectives, and foster a high-performance culture. Your role involves managing employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development, and compliance with company policies. You will act as a liaison between management and employees, working to resolve workplace issues promptly and effectively. Collaborating closely with senior leaders, you will help to improve organizational performance and support the achievement of strategic goals. Your ability to handle sensitive information, multitask, and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this position.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Conduct performance management processes to track and enhance employee performance.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Handle employee grievances and mediate workplace disputes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies at all times.
  • Support management in the formulation and implementation of HR policies.
  • Coordinate and provide training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making processes.
  • Manage employee benefits administration and address related queries.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and cultural transformation projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR executive role or similar.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor legislation, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Experience in managing recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proficient in HR software and knowledge of HR analytics tools.
