We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Service Expert to join our team and elevate our dining experiences to new heights. As an F&B Service Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the food and beverage sector. You will work closely with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for delivering unparalleled customer service, and an in-depth understanding of the food and beverage industry. You will also be tasked with training and mentoring junior staff to uphold the standards of excellence we are known for. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage service department to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service in all interactions with guests.
  • Train and mentor staff to ensure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally to resolve issues amicably.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address service concerns.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishments.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all service areas.
  • Create and implement service improvement plans based on guest feedback.
  • Foster a positive and productive working environment for the service team.
  • Coordinate with event management for special functions and banquet services.
  • Analyze service performance metrics and prepare regular management reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the food and beverage service industry with leadership roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to mentor and train staff to maintain service consistency.
  • Solid understanding of beverage mixology and food pairing principles.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the F&B industry.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
