Job Description

As a CRM Executive, you will spearhead the execution of customer relationship strategies, aimed at driving customer engagement and enhancing overall satisfaction. Your role will involve leveraging CRM tools and techniques to analyze customer data, optimizing communication channels, and implementing targeted campaigns that align with company objectives. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure that messaging is consistent and impactful, while also providing insights into customer behavior and preferences. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a CRM role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members.
  • Experience using CRM software, with proficiency in analytics tools being advantageous.
