Job Description

Within the Digital Program at MSI IT, we’re passionate about building software that solves problems. We count on our Sr. Full Stack Development Lead (SDLs) to empower our users with a rich feature set, high availability, and stellar performance level to pursue their missions. As we expand our customer deployments, we are currently seeking a SDL to understand our IT systems and applications requirements and help build new applications or enhance existing applications. Specifically, we are searching for someone who brings fresh ideas, demonstrates a unique and informed viewpoint, and enjoys collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop real-world solutions and positive user experiences at every interaction. As a SDL, you will be responsible for business and IT stakeholders interaction, requirements analysis, designing the systems, lead the development efforts and of the Digital Transformation platform & help us meet the business requirements, enrich the customer experience and satisfaction and improve the quality of the software applications.

• sPartner with development teams to deliver the planned deliverable
• sMeet with IT leaders to discuss project goals, solution quality, schedule and progress, and the overall client relationship

• .Serve as the technical lead on multiple active project initiatives
• .Assist in the creation of design documents and key artifacts for the project

Basic Requiremen

• tsBachelor of engineering or Bachelor of technology in Computer Science or Information Technolog
