About The Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Systems & QA Analyst to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting our reservations system, ensuring pricing accuracy, and assisting with inventory control. You will be required to complete end-to-end testing of new processes for our reservations system. Your responsibilities will include working closely with colleagues to undertake the testing process and deliver clear, timely feedback to ensure a smooth customer and employee experience and system performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring all pricing is accurately updated in the reservations system, al liaising with sales and marketing to answer pricing queries. You will work with our inventory team to help ensure Inventory is setup according to demand and operational efficiency

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to understand system changes and testing requirements.
• Execute detailed test scenarios as required.
• Perform end-to-end testing of new processes and workflows related to the reservation platform.
• Identify and document any issues, bugs, or inconsistencies, and track them as required.
• Provide timely and actionable feedback to the development team and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure testing is completed within the required timelines and meets quality standards.
• Conduct functional and user testing of the reservations system to ensure features work as intended.
• Monitor system data to flag and resolve errors or inconsistencies.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to systems and data workflows.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate pricing on the reservations platform, working closely with the rest of the commercial team.
• Assist in managing and updating inventory, ensuring product availability aligns with plans.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve pricing or system issues.
• Review the graphics and ensure that all set up data on the system accurately represents the availability for all boats and the dates they are available from and to.
• Support the Inventory Manager in the fleet management to reduce costs of deliveries by moving bookings and if necessary, by offering sales teams suitable alternatives
• Advise the Sales teams of any cruising disruption that may affect the clients
  
  

What we are looking for:

• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Basic understanding of data systems or experience using reservation platforms (desirable but not essential).
• Familiarity with Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Takes initiative. Does not wait to be asked.
• Takes ownership – Does what has to be done to deliver.
• Highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is essential
