Job Description

To follow the SOP and implementation on current Good Manufacturing Practices(cGMP).

 Reviewing the online documentation like BPR/BMR, Log Books, in process Formats,during self-inspection and QMS related query.

 To maintain the GMP, personnel safety and hygienic practices on shop floor.

 Involved in Process Validation of new products as well as revalidation of existingProducts, requalification of existing equipment.

 Ordering and inventory control of spare parts.

 Line clearance during batch change over(TYPE A) or product change over(TYPE B).

 Handling and supervision of dispensing, manufacturing and packing activities.

 Handling and manage manpower.

 Good knowledge of SAP.

 Supervision of manufacturing activities and co-ordination with Quality control Qualityassurance, Engineering and other department. Calibration of pH meter as per schedule.

 Any responsibility given by department head and shift in charge
