Job Description
To ensure efficient and effective functioning of Coating plant in shifts and proper maintenance of machines in the plant

Principal Accountabilities
Should have Knowledge of PLC, AC / DC Drvies (GE Fanuc / siemens / schneider., Induction Unit (Electrotherm / Inductotherm., HT & LT Braker Maintenance (Schneider / L&T., AC & DC Motor Maintenance, Temperature Controller, Switchgear, Starters, SAP Knowledge

Industrial Safety - Proper Housekeeping of departnental Electrical systems & spares as per OHSAS & EMS standard.

Maximizing the machine uptime - Attend breakdowns in time. Analyze the breakdown & take corrective action for repetitive/non repetitive breakdowns. Documentations as per SOP (maintenance.. In-house repairing & overhauling of spares. Monitoring of electrical parameters and controls during shift operation. Issuing / arranging electrical spares ready required for breakdown maintenance job.

Shut down Implementation - Implementation of shut down jobs as per shut down plan. Support to planning engineer for documenting shut down activities as per specified formats in SOP. Issue / arrange electrical spares require for shutdown job. Implementation of internal projects as per schedule.

People management - Imparting on job training to fitters. Handling fitters for day to day activities.

System Implementation/Improvement - Effectively follow of SAP system. Effectively follow QMS, OHSAS & EMS. Effectively follow SOP. Modifiede electrical system as per plan. Managing wage management system for fitters.

System backup and data storage - Ensure to intemate preventive engineer for backup
