Executive - LMS Content

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive – LMS (Content) to manage and test digital learning content for seamless delivery on our Learning Management System (LMS). The role involves validating course content, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring compatibility across devices, and coordinating with internal teams to provide a smooth learner experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Upload, test, and validate digital learning content (SCORM, xAPI, videos, assessments, etc.) on the LMS.
• Ensure content compatibility across browsers, devices, and operating systems.
• Perform quality checks for course functionality, navigation, and user experience before go-live.
• Troubleshoot content-related issues reported by learners or internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with instructional designers, content creators, and tech teams to resolve bugs or errors.
• Maintain structured documentation for testing, release notes, and version control.
• Support regular audits of the LMS to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor learner activity logs, content usage, and assist in preparing performance reports.
