Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with at least 3 years of proven experience in the uPVC Profile industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local market in Anantapur and surrounding regions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell uPVC profiles and related products in the Anantapur region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fabricators, contractors, builders, architects, and dealers.
• Generate new leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and customer training.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any customer concerns.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, technical) for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of uPVC profiles or building materials.
• Strong product knowledge of uPVC profiles, windows & doors systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good network and market knowledge in Anantapur and nearby areas.
• Ability to work independently and manage field sales efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Fluency in Telugu and English; Hindi is a plus.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Anantapur.
