Job Description

As a Finance & Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring compliance with all accounting standards and financial regulations. You will be responsible for managing financial reports, budgets, and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's financial services. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial processes and systems for the organization.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of financial forecasts and budgets annually.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Lead the finance team in day-to-day financial operations and support professional development.
  • Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard financial assets and mitigate financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial reporting requirements and regulations.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
  • Assess financial performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations to management.
  • Oversee payroll processes, including tax compliance and reconciliation duties.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditing firms, and other key financial partners.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business plans to improve profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in financial management or accounting roles.
  • Proven experience in managing a finance team and overseeing financial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and taxation policies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
