Job Description

The Territory Sales Officer plays a crucial role in managing and expanding the customer base within a designated geographical area. Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts through regular follow-ups and addressing inquiries.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies for products.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales activities and progress.
  • Respond promptly to customer questions and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to close sales.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote products.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics within the territory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to travel within the territory as required for client meetings and visits.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach to sales.
