Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred in a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the cosmetics industry is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and connect with customers.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to convey product benefits effectively.
  • Keen interest and knowledge in beauty products and current market trends.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
