We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic International BPO Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As an International BPO Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming and outgoing calls from international clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and support. You will be required to address their concerns, provide accurate information, and maintain a positive client relationship. This role demands excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, ensuring a seamless flow of operations. Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound international calls efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and timely information in response to customer queries and requests.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and update customer databases accordingly.
  • Resolve customer problems or complaints by liaising with relevant departments.
  • Develop robust relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed set performance targets and quality assurance standards.
  • Adapt communication style to suit the cultural background of diverse customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and protocols to address client needs accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Provide feedback to supervisors to improve customer interaction strategies.
  • Analyze recurring issues to propose long-term resolution strategies to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role within a BPO environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and another international language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and telecommunications systems.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts catering to various time zones internationally.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications are advantageous.
