Job Description

A Field Sales Representative is a dynamic and engaging professional entrusted with driving sales and cultivating relationships in a specified market or territory. This role involves traveling to meet with potential and existing clients in various locations, presenting products, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targeted growth.
  • Identify and engage new clients through cold calling, networking, and industry functions.
  • Maintain relationships and nurture ongoing connections with existing customers to sustain high satisfaction levels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and ensure timely response.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand and respond to industry trends and demands.
  • Prepare and deliver educational sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Analyze competitors and market performance to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and managers to align efforts and achieve company objectives.
  • Submit regular sales reports detailing progress, new leads, and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential clients to close sales deals.
  • Assist with after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction with purchased products.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to network and promote company offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the field sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage a variety of clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals successfully.
  • Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel extensively as required.
