Job Description

The Client Servicing Executive - Events plays a crucial role in fostering and maintaining client relationships in the events industry. This position requires an outgoing and dynamic personality with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be instrumental in understanding client needs, coordinating with the internal team, and ensuring that the delivery of services meets the clients’ expectations. This role demands strategic acumen and the ability to manage various tasks promptly. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, catering to their requirements, solving their problems, and contributing to the overall success of their events. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive client satisfaction and contribute to event success through effective servicing and communication.


Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients during event planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute event plans effectively.
  • Identify and understand client needs and event requirements thoroughly.
  • Prepare and present proposals and budgets to clients for approval.
  • Ensure timely communication and updates with clients throughout the event process.
  • Coordinate logistical details and manage onsite event execution flawlessly.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the event planning stages.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations with clients and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional event services and enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on client servicing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in client servicing or account management in events.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
