Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and closing deals. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and support in achieving overall business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and convert leads into sales opportunities successfully.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits for the company.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and smooth sales processes.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to build a strong network.
  • Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management as requested.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors' strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office suite proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills mandatory.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to the audience.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong sales acumen.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and close deals.
